Today we were supposed to terminate accounts related to the previous abuse/multi-account wave. After thoroughly looking into @dudu's appeal and account I noticed a potential issue with methodology. We were very careful but due to a WHMCS "bug" (crappy code/logic) combined with a few other things, it's theoretically possible that about 20 people are closer to just being multi-account or not intended to be part of the wave.
So far I've unsuspended/unflagged about 10 people even though around half had other issues with them. I'm going to stay on the safe side here, and it probably means a few abusers/resellers will get away on some accounts but I'd rather do that than incorrectly close out an account.
I've spent around 8+ hours on this today and I'm taking it very seriously but I also don't mean to alarm anyone. We still used several different confirmations and more likely than not most of these are definitely at least multi-account, or at least have some form of previous abuse, or snipes, or forced migration, it's just next to impossible at this point to go back and start over to reflag all of them down and then decide if it's "enough" so we're just going the no direct recent harm no foul route after comparing it against the new discovery I mentioned.

btw, didn't you think my own dedi reinstall, server IO abuse, and service transfer are the different topics? maybe server IO abuse will affect the possibility of the success rate of service transferring, but not related to dedi reinstall

This might have been a manual change on xTom's side to deal with the APAC fiber cut a few days ago. I know I rerouted our network to detour through the US as well, as the APAC lines were destroyed. Pretty confident that this won't be permanant, xTom might just need a bit to get things sorted.
I am also waiting for the next deals. I didn't grab anything from the last "special offers" event. I watched the flash deals on both forums during my limited online time. I wished the special offers will stay longer, and then I missed them completely.
