When it reach 7T of 8T , I stop this service, but still suspended by virmach after a week. If virmach limited network , It should list detail rules, and should not just suspended it without any warning msg, and even not rely TK for 3 month.

It is not about the quota but the network speed / bandwidth, you do realize the total bandwidth available in a single node (that hosts tens or hundreds of VPS) is 1Gbps right? This means at the same time your neighbor in the same node will get poor connection speed

I am not sure about why the ticket is not replied or got suspended without warning, but I would recommend throttle a bit when you run your application in the future

So the user's VPS of Virmach can be shut down without any clear indication, and even without the possibility to access the data. I don't know of any other IDC besides Virmach that would dare to treat their customers this way. Maybe only in Virmach.

Yes. Not maybe. Virmach is the only one.
You should stay away from Virmach. You also have to warn your friends on the mainland to stay away from Virmach.
Don't listen to those defending posters in this forum.
They are actors that get paid to shill Virmach.

Starting from 6AM, granted I was awake at 4AM but this was due to my fucked sleep rhythm.

if i may ask, what location is it?

  • It seems SEAZ002 is suffering from network issue. The average load of SEAZ002 is approx. 1.0, much lower than any other host (approx. 6.0~16.0). And the network TX drops to the deadly 256kbps.

What I am really expecting is to run a GB5 on it, and I bet the score sooooooars.

Ooh, looks like something's happening with the SEAZ002 node. ;)
Nah, wishful thinking: I put the VM offline manually, yesterday. Drat!

    none do

  • @VirMach
Having a server offline (so far 6+ hours) effecting multiple users does deserve at least the status page being updated to say there is a problem.
You don't want lots of tickets opened and yet you create a situation which will encourage their creation.
Totally appreciate you are likely (hopefuly) dealing with this but informing - even if a single line message - should be a priority.

    And your status page says

Also posting this message to show that even the supposed 'paid shills' (previous MJJ comments) are capable of saying when there is a problem or saying when things are going well.

Plan B: get another VM on SEAZ00X as a jumper server.

I've got myself one and it works well.
