For serious intentions - opensrs. Stellar support. For side projects - namecheap, namesilo. For summerhost - rsellerclub.
Interesting, I didn't know this was Tucows. They have been in the game forever. Pretty sure I had my first domain registered with them 25 years ago.
h) Namesilo
j) Netim
On your list these are 2 that I recommend. I also use Hexonet.

As far as I am concerned, perfect. Of the four (including ResellerClub - which I do not recommend at all) they are the easiest to work with and have the best interface (even if it does look like something from the 1990's). Support via chat is amazing, the prices are not the cheapest but are very competitive, and WHOIS privacy is free on TLD's that allow it. What more is there to want? Well, the only thing would be a better selection of ccTLD's which they don't carry a lot, which is why I have the other two as backups.
There is only ONE issue and that is not a NameSilo issue at all. The Blesta module does not seem to handle multi-year well. As long as you only allow transfers/registrations/renewals for one year, not a problem at all.

Been using NameSilo pretty much forever. They’re definitely 10/10 when it comes to support in my experiences.

I have been using namesilo and internetbs. Have used Namesilo's support in past, they're quite good. Haven't encountered IBS' support yet.
Hello world.
Sorry not much to say here but NameCheap evidently does not know a GLUE record from their buttholes. Really dorked me the other day and as soon as I can I am moving.

Thanks all for your feedback so I am thinking to go with Namesilo and InternetBs.
