You will likely have to reprovision the VM with a new password. You can open a ticket for a password reset although we’re a little backlogged currently.

Yes for newly created VMs on RO node. SSH issue seems to be fixed now but can’t enable TUN/TAP. When I click the button, it says enabled on the GUI but nothing happens on the VM.

I'll take a look into this shortly, the networking issues were resolved this morning.
Just a quick update for the AMS instances, we have upgraded the network in this region. Previously it was on a Microwave based site to site link which in theory should have had gigabit connectivity. The reality is it got around 50mbps upload and the download was anywhere from 100mpbs to 1gbps depending on contention and the weather. Yes the weather actually affected the performance.
This is now on a leased line although the tunneled connectivity remains the same, performance should match our FR nodes with around 1gbps down and 100mbps upload. The improvement here is the reliability, it should be vastly improved in comparison to the old setup.
AMS instances still come with Double the RAM and disk entered at provisioning so grab them whilst they last, this location will not be restocked for some time once the node is full.
