1. Many people complained about Paypal being a no-no - OK, I get it - but what about CC payments?
I believe there was at least one complaint regarding this as well, and I feel like complaining about this too ...
I don't feel like getting involved with any crypto just in order to get a server from you, and believe me, international bank transfer fees are a total ripoff (although AFAIK, you guys in the EU have it so much easier with SEPA) - in case Paypal does not float your boat for whatever reason, then perhaps could you consider adding Stripe or some other payment gateway allowing CC payments as well?
Can you please explain the logic behind this?

Based on how the folks at Hetzner are doing it, I assumed that the way things are for EU-based providers is that the VAT rate should be changed either at 0 or x up to xx%, depending on where you're based - yet, your VAT included price sounds like you indiscriminately add your Italian VAT rate of 22% to all orders - how come?
Sorry if I sound like a real cheapskate, but IMHO, in the low end world, every damn $/€/(insert your currency ) counts, and given the fact that my Hetzner invoices are VAT-free (since I'm based outside of the EU), I pretty much expected the same to be the case here as well...
This pricing, always including VAT, is based on my request, as this provider always charges VAT for all b2c transactions no matter where the client resides. This was done so that clients from outside of the EU would not be surprised by having to pay VAT.
I am currently traveling in mostly remote areas until sometime in April 2024. Consequently DM's sent to me will go unanswered during this time.
