    Anybody offering a Windows VPS hosted on WinServ22 with Hyper-V? Windows license must be included and AD and MSSQL should be allowed (have my own license). At least 2 vCores, 4GB RAM and 50GB NVMe but one or two cores more and twice as much RAM would be good, disk and bw isn't important. I'm obviously going to use it as AD and MSSQL host, no Exchange or whatever. Budget < $7.50/m or < $10/m.

    I saw another provider using a manual verification method to ensure that both emails are owned by the same person. Can you do this? I'm willing to purchase.
