I barely use my phone to edit text, but when I do, I use QuickEdit Text Editor Pro. There are free and paid versions, non-Pro and Pro respectively. It works great so far.
I don't even like typing a normal text / chat message on my phone.
I can not imagine doing any meaningful text/code editing via mobile. Would drive me absolutely insane.

Notes app and Termius to copy-paste text is the way to go for me.

We take notes in Google Calendar. The content synchronizes across our devices, without requiring a separate app.
The entries that contain notes are moved to a future date every week or month. During the move, we delete outdated information from the entry.
Waiting refuge offer for JoshIdeas $6/year 1C2G40G plan. affbrr
I think a $500 fee for provider tag to spammers would be acceptable.
paid in crypto, so the cannot refund it after they are banned for their summer activities.
On the Nokia 3330 I used SMSs to write memos. They would remain in memory until reboot.
On my current 3.5" Samsung from 2010 I use T-Memo to store the debit card pin.
(the other phone with the battery hot-glued to it died 2 weeks ago, it's in boot loop now)
I have a few editing tools on my phone, separate ones for photos and videos, since photography is a hobby of mine.
