Also this would only be possible for the ones that are online.
What I can offer is to move anyone who contacts us to get recreated on another node if they want to abandon their data.
As for what I said I'd do the other day, I did. It didn't result in it going terribly wrong but it also didn't go terribly right. Closer to wrong than right. There's a lot more that could be said but it's not helpful.

That one started being weird a day or two ago. None of this is a coincidence though, I just haven't had time to play detective while dealing with LAXA004S. Such a PITA, I had to basically piece together the host operating system because it decided to die mid-patch.
I blame @msatt his disease on AMSD018 is spreading over the node to other VPS on that node
and it's dead after reboot.
No bootable device.
And AMSD018 has just gone offline again for me so no, I blame you.
Getting no response when using VNC so can't even say the disk has gone.
Not going to do a reboot, will just be patient.

Sometimes it takes the bank a bit to process the reversal. VirMach is not known for keeping peoples money without providing the service purchased. Virmach will probably drop by later to answer this definitively, in the mean time don't worry that you got scammed for your $$.
