We can't move people to nearby location as we normally would (we'd get 95% complaints) and can't move everyone to another Tokyo node either because it'll likely cause problems on the other node after a mass migration.     As for what I said I'd do the other day, I did. It didn't result in it going terribly wrong but it also didn't go terribly right. Closer to wrong than right. There's a lot more that could be said but it's not helpful.

    That one started being weird a day or two ago. None of this is a coincidence though, I just haven't had time to play detective while dealing with LAXA004S. Such a PITA, I had to basically piece together the host operating system because it decided to die mid-patch.

    Shutting down my VM on AMSD014 due to high [70%+] steal.
    I've got extras so no worries.

    I blame @msatt his disease on AMSD018 is spreading over the node to other VPS on that node :(

    And AMSD018 has just gone offline again for me so no, I blame you.
    Getting no response when using VNC so can't even say the disk has gone.
    Not going to do a reboot, will just be patient.

    Aware. They'll be moved off at this point or to another disk. There's also still abuse, I need to wrap up LAXA004S first.

    New purchase, my card was charged but Invoice is not paid then Cancelled, zero notices from them :(

    More than likely if the purchase was denied for whatever reason, and it does not show as account credit, the money will be returned to your card. Sometimes it takes the bank a bit to process the reversal. VirMach is not known for keeping peoples money without providing the service purchased. Virmach will probably drop by later to answer this definitively, in the mean time don't worry that you got scammed for your $$.

    Sounds like your payment wasn't accepted. How did you open your ticket by the way? Whichever way you did it means it gets delayed in the queue, I want to make sure we patch that so others don't do it.

    I've located your payment, make a ticket using the contact us button and select billing. Confirm you want us to attempt to capture the payment manually.

    VirMach has some nodes in Amsterdam and Tokyo that have unsupported native IPv6. Otherwise VirMach does not offer native IPv6. From my experience tunnelbroker can be used in all VirMach locations expect for where VirMach uses QuadraNet. Chicago and Miami as example. Tunnelbroker has blocked QuadraNet not VirMach.

    VirMach uses Equinix LA3 in El Segundo now for his Los Angeles location now. He recently moved out of QuadraNet Los Angeles. So tunnelbroker should work with VirMach Los Angeles.

    There's no 'Billing' department on select list, I choosed 'Sale' dept. and [Ticket ID: 390345] was closed for improper use... this makes new customer like me don't know what to do, I found only way to get in touch with you via LES
