I'm still very happy with my 14 VirMach VMs. I still like them and I have no problem saying so.
I just understand that LESbians have grown tired of both the complainers and the defenders so I defer to the majority.
I was so glad to see that you still remember me. I have been extremely busy this past year and have had very little time to visit LES.
Of course I still all my LESbian friends.
Servers are going to be picked up this week and physically moved. Once they reach another facility, there will be migrations to the nearest available location which in this case will likely end up being Tokyo.
This is going to work out fantastically. My big ass $9.44/yr VPS is going end up in Tokyo.
(Let it be known that I am going to raise the price on that one as soon as I take over VirMach)
@edenten said: Last year, it was active for only a few days. In the final months, support tickets went unanswered. I decided not to renew the service, and now the machine has gone from unusable to completely terminated.
Thank you for your donation (and your renewed hope)!
The guy has been offered help multiple times by many different people, but what people miss is that the crappy service is by design. It is a clock game: they are paying for a service that is cut-off while they expect/hope to get it back! Aww :'( too bad your service expired without coming back online (meanwhile the electricity bills were zero, but be sure that the server was connected to the internet and the problem was not on VirCrap' side ofc)... Btw: have you seen this new (sweet) offer from this (shuffled) server in this (temporary) location?.. Try to catch some uptime while you can (you idiots) and thanks for your support!
Getting help from an uncorrupt third party would end this scheme through discovery.

While you wait for a support agent, here's a suggested solution.

Your server and node are currently offline. We recommend starting with a server reboot, which often resolves temporary issues. If this does not help, a network reconfiguration might be necessary. Additionally, please log in to your VPS control panel to check server status or review any recent changes. If the problem continues, it might require further investigation by a network specialist.
This is an AI response. It may not always be correct. If it resolves your issues, please close the ticket.
Please wait for a staff reply. If you need to add more information, you may have to close this ticket and start over. Otherwise we have already received your previous message and have already flagged your ticket to the correct department for a response. Further replies at this point would only delay resolution.
It's been almost half a year.
Don't tell me about these offline services. Are they all going to be migrated to Japan in the end?

They are on the top of a turtle at the moment, slowly swimming to Japan! Most of the time the turtle is underwater so Starlink can't connect (don't you dare say that VirCrap is at fault here!).

Don't you like the hope story???... Remember: VirCrap didn't deadpool! Just buy more services across different locations to shuffle your uptime (=offline) probability, so that you can join the supporters' bucket!

Sir, I know geography.
Anyway I was wrong.
It's made in Peru and exported to USA, Panama, Bolivia and Italy. Despite people in my region don't like this kind of flan because it contains too much sugar and chemicals, I love it.
But I should stop consuming it. There was a reason my parents only gave me this stuff a couple of times a year.

Not that I am aware.
NOTE:
ATLZ032 is back up as of Feb 28th, but the network does not get beyond the gateway. I can ping the gateway and other VMs on 89.213.180.0/24 but that is it. So it is not reachable from the interwebs.
Now you know that when you see what you think is a stop sign in Mexico, it really is a not so subliminal message to get high.
Sometimes it will even also show the direction you should go to get some.
Upstream service expiration, hardware failure, and similar issues can lead to product down.
This constitutes natural death.
I suspect TYOC's products have not renewed their upstream agreements.
In other words, vir has not paid its upstream fees.
Yes, I can confirm that VirMach has not paid upstreams. I have no insight on Tokyo, but one can imagine.
One should probably write an history about Soheil and his shenanigans when the saga is finally over, but I guess it is not going to be over for quite a while yet.

1.5L of chemical flan is ready. Excuse the mess, some glass containers went missing.
A bunch of different spec VPSes gathered together on flan-css style monitoring page!
I found this video of flan being prepared for @imok :

Oh that looks very tasty!
Isn't flan just egg pudding? How many eggs went into that batch?
Guess what?
Did VirMach renew with his upstream provider?
Anyone placing bets?
In VirMach we trust
Absolutely none. I use the stuff that comes in a packet/sachet.
Gemini says it's not called "flan" but "custard jelly". Is that right?
Maybe.
Why on earth did I think that was a uterus and fallopian tubes?
Dehydrated eggs... No thanks! Only fresh eggs please!
Custard jelly is not a bad way to describe it...

Coming back here: are we talking about a specific provider? Is this about something previously wrote in this thread? I just can't remember.

It says ALTO EN AZÚCAR (high in sugar). It's mostly sugars.

Interesting the price $5.5 per unit. Here it costs $0.7
It's a great incentive to Americans to not consume that.

But the journey was incredibly long —— so long that it surpassed everyone's imagination.
@VirMach is currently occupied learning how to make caramel pudding and is absolutely not engaged in server maintenance or migration.
