This one (OneProv/Online, Paris DC3) is hard to beat: 2x3TB (hw raid, battery-backed 512M cache), Haswell Xeon E3-1240v3, 32GB RAM, HP DL320e Gen8 v2, 1Gbps, IPMI... ... for 25€ (incl. VAT). Keep your eyes peeled till the HDD version is restocked...
