The usage based pricing of Upmind is just too convoluted. If you're going to pay for something usage based, you might as well go with WHMCS and at least have a wide range of features and supported modules.

The biggest problem when trying to move away from WHMCS is the lack of modules. HostBill is one that comes close, but not enough to make most leave WHMCS for it.

Are you sure the server was hacked and it's not just one or more accounts infected with malware? Aside from the spam, what indications of a hack are you seeing?
