You could adjust downvotes scale higher. But if theres allready over 50, there isnt much room to let users stay unbanned.

By a bad comment you can be banned, maybe only because an argument istnt tolerated by others. Along there is nothing critical and always friendly to the community. Someone could heavily downvote every OP thread by specific user to deceive the system.
