(Quote) Speed is reduced to 25Mbps. All bandwidth is reset on the first of each month. We are genuinely generous so a simple support ticket will likely have your bandwidth bumped free of charge or reset.

Thank you to everyone that participated in the sale. The offer has now ended as we prepare for our black friday deals.

Wow so my 3 AM reading is done. So let me get this straight this company out of nowhere, decided to require KYC from its customers, gave them 10 days to complete it, and if they didn't terminated their service and refused to issue a refund? I…

(Quote) Account limit increased. Our smaller plans sometimes trigger a review when ordering multiple in a small period of time to prevent abuse. We see a lot of abuse with our smaller plans. Thanks
-
(Quote) Yes the offer can be stacked. Each VPS order qualifies. And thank you for the kind words we appreciate it.
-
(Quote) This is in development. This will be implemented soon.

(Quote) They are provided as a gift with the VPS plan. As long as the VPS plan is active so will the app plan. If however you'd like to keep the app plan and cancel the VPS we can work out a special rate.

Sorry I forgot to mention in the post we are looking to lease and not buy hardware.

Additional stock has been added in Los Angeles.

(Quote) This has now been implemented and can be set by using the "access" tab under the applications navigation.

(Quote) This is actually already being worked on and should be deployed by tonight or tomorrow.

(Quote) Exactly right. We are working on a better solution for some of those apps. We appreciate all the feedback it has helped us out a lot.

Please focus on yourself! Thank you for everything you do. I haven’t been here long, and you and I haven’t really had the chance to interact much some might say that’s a good thing! 😂 But in all seriousness, I truly wish you good health and all th…

(Quote) Oh really? I didn't see that reading the documentation; let me do some more digging. I appreciate the info.

(Quote) No problem at all. I've responded to your ticket.

(Quote) Thank you for your support!

(Quote) A few apps people ask for AdGuard Home, mail servers, game/voice servers. Our app hosting shares one IP and proxies everything over HTTP. That's what keeps it cheap. Apps like that need their own dedicated IP and raw TCP/UDP ports. We …

(Quote) Yes you can do this. Please submit a ticket before the other account is created so I can be sure the account isn't flagged.

(Quote) Taking a look at it now. We should be able to do that. I'll update you here shortly.

(Quote) No problem at all! We're ultimately trying to bring something different to the table something that really hasn't been done quite this way before. Maintaining a catalog this large isn't easy. There are a ton of moving parts, …

(Quote) To set expectations up front this offer is sized for small, light apps not heavy workloads or database-intensive apps. Every app in our catalogue is boot tested before its added, but these are upstream open source projects, and a change on t…

(Quote) Yes AI was used above to clean up the grammar from my mumbo jumbo. 😂 But the facts remain the same and we stand by everything stated in the post. No bullshit was added.
-
(Quote) Exactly. Unfortunately it just isn't sustainable with our current model. We'd ultimately love to do this, but the costs would make it difficult to remain sustainable. That's why we lock down Docker like crazy, maintain strict …

(Quote) Good question, and I'd rather give you a straight answer than let an assumption stand. Cloud Apps run as containers on shared hosts not a separate VM per app. But it's a long way from plain Docker, and the hardening is aimed at th…
