If I may guesstimate your utility function—since hard requirements are usually not so hard—here's a 30TB VPS not from Hetzner: (Image)

@cservers: I would like it to be more transparent to the customer during product selection or checkout that the kind of customer support offered at C-Servers differs significantly to what people may expect or be used to from other providers, to the …

(Quote) Wondering what provider the ex-dasabo customers should choose next. Any idea? BTW DeluxHost is also in Pomezia, it's your chance to take a 5 minutes walk to his place, knock on his door, and knock him out for good while still a baby, b…

Crosschecking from VPS Price Tracker: (Spoiler) But you got an appreciable side income nonetheless, some of the brands that booked your sidebar are booked in every other corner of the internet, they won't drop out easily from renewing IMHO.

(Quote) The notebook I'm typing from is from 2007, Intel Pentium T2390, its keyboard begun to type characters at random last week without me being even at the computer, had to unplug the keyboard cable from the motherboard and attach a spare US…

(Quote) A leaky bucket for the negative karma to eventually unban users after they have the time to repent?

I'll change my ad image later today, that should help with the stats! Joking but it would be interesting to have a breakdown between registered and guest clicks.
-
Are you aware of the click thru ratio between registered/unregistered users? Each time I changed the ad image I got clicks for the first day then a drop thereafter, I suspect first-time visitors coming from Google are ad-blind and the only clicks ar…

(Quote) IMHO showing the placeholder is the correct default and the preferred choice for most users, for the reason you explain. Just that my own preference is different and I'd rather not be unpleasantly reminded of blocked people. Blocking ca…

The "ignored user post" placeholder between posts could be configurable to not appear. Don't know where the optimal place for this setting should be, but possibly even on the placeholder itself in absence of a better place.

(Quote) It sounded like LowEndTalk drama-making which I'm hoping to leave behind, so that was my downvote.

There are other italian companies using Stripe and not asking for ID cards. Assuming it is mandatory for you to collect customers' IDs, why only some customers are affected?

Which instances run on Ryzen or Epyc?

(Quote) I filed an F24 for crypto once and yes compiling it was remarkably bastard, in a southern/eastern-European, lack-of-normative-clarity, mongoloid-government kind of way, but it wasn't impossible in hindsight. I wrote a nodejs program for…

(Quote) Does anyone truly care if a customer registers with personal name QQQ123? Fake names trigger about half of the Stripe frauds detected during payment, I think, but not the other half, and no one seems to care about the good half that pass. Af…

Wouldn't it be cool to have public stats for ads? Maybe a page of tabulated stats or a mouse-hoover tooltip for each ad tile.

Actually the ad got 4 clicks in 12 hours, measured by referer: 1 from www.lowendspirit.com and 3 from lowendspirit.com. The past few days have got little to no sales, weekends in general are worse than weekdays for VPS sales. Mornings are terrible t…

The blinking ads are so annoying to be frank that mine should be the only obnoxious one allowed :P But... maybe gif animations should be verboten?

Ahah it looks bizarre, I crunched a few bloody fingers today doing car repairs and still managed to smile at this :D (Image)

They have two WAFs filtering the client requests in series, yet their upstream still timeouts.

(Quote) Does any provider offer IPMI over IP? IP-KVM is also sometimes not offered over IP, which is what the IP in IP-KVM stands for,
