@noackhosting as you mentioned your customers name (violation against GDPR), @Gedo wasn’t considered your second account it was a second account that your customer created.

@Gedo and another user on this forum share the same IPs and there were also other similarities. We don’t allow 2 accounts per person, unless very specific circumstances.
