Update, found out that HDD (slow storage) upgrades were being billed at the hourly rate for the original size.

So we have not been billing for 17.5TB worth of upgrades for a long time.…

Extra resources added to singapore, available to add VPS now, the load balancers will put every new VPS on the new node for a while if anyone wants or needs a second IP in SG.
