I switched to https://hestiacp.com great free webpanel. It doesn't have redis out of the box but you can manually install it.

It's have been 3 years since I migrated my WP site to [HTMLy](https://www.htmly.com/ "HTMLy") , very easy to use and the coding similar to wordpress.
