I want to add a few test locations to TierHive at some point, possibly as a free/trial tier. You may already be aware, but Nocix has dedis for $15/month that meet most of your specs. A regular SSD instead of NVMe and the CPUs are ancient, but you can burn them up 24/7 at 100%.
