I'm Michael, I run DragonWebHost and OnePoundEmail, been doing hosting stuff for 12+ years now. I've got some time available for whitelabel support slots for other hosting companies who want their tickets handled without hiring someone in-house.

Whitelabel pricing:

  • £50/mo - Up to 50 tickets - Buy Now
  • £99/mo - Up to 100 tickets - Buy Now

Whitelabel pricing hasn't changed since 2022 - I am planning to revise it in 2027. Lock in now at the current rate and it's grandfathered for as long as you stay subscribed.

Also available (one-off or ongoing):

  • Website Migration - £20 one-time (HTML/WordPress, includes files, databases, and email)
  • Software Installation - £20 one-time (Blesta/WHMCS/cPanel/Plesk/DirectAdmin/WordPress/Softaculous)
  • Website Management - £25/mo (single site, backups, plugin updates, general upkeep)
  • Server Management - £50/mo (cPanel/DirectAdmin/Plesk/custom panels, routine maintenance and support)
