Change: Role cleanup and merging

Hosting Providers, Service Providers, and Freelancers are all now merged into "Providers"; basically, if you can sell or offer services here, even if free, you are simply a "Provider"

Old unused roles and vanity roles have been removed; some other vanity roles have been kept until I get time to convert them into 1 of 1 badges in the karma store instead of membership groups, which should tidy up the massive bars a bit and make life easier for future updates and security considerations.
