Ryzen with 2TB bandwidth is basically a steal for $8.5/yr. It could be decent deal even for NAT VPS.

Not like I'm using it anyway. I've checked top, noticed 4gb, logged out, reported it and waiting for answer.
I mention this because you mention a very specific geographic use case. You should know they have a zero refund policy. If you sign up for Amsterdam but in three months it's not doing well they'll close it and you get either store credit or moved to a different location.
It was a RAM provisioning error on our own end. We've corrected that now on the package, but since you had the gesture of informing us about this and there's capacity available, we've decided you get to keep the 4GB RAM.
As soon as we're able to fix an issue that occurred midway with provisioning, the server will start into production. It was supposed to already be part of this September campaign but couldn't make it for now, the best we can do is a pre-sale, for example...
None on the full IPv4 offerings, it's all dedicated. On the NAT offerings it's 20 ports.

That happenned with a server with 12 months, not 3. Customers that were within the 60-day refund policy were able to request for a refund. Account credit was provided for those past that guarantee and we're now providing a server performance-comparable to 7950X3D in Finland, and another one location-approximate in the US, which should cover most use-cases for the previous server.

Regardless, if he's locked in to Amsterdam he needs to be aware that at some point he may wind up on an entirely different continent with no recourse.
Nearly everyone that asked to be migrated had (for regular VMs, not storage ones) the Texas recourse, well within the same continent.
They could even request CPU parity for multicore (equaling the performance core-wise to the previous plan), we have plenty of vCores available there even now, so many they're sitting there at like 20% essentially begging for a challenge.
Storage ones were the ones harder to adjust for lack of local bare metal for that. Essentially a tiny fraction of users had to move continents.
In any case we've registered that storage has something of a demand there as well, and that has been taken into account for future offers.
In normal circumstances nope, we request it prior to purchase.
Has there been any re-thinking around the support "wall" that you've put up preventing the "low end" customers from getting anywhere?
That's very generous of you, thank you. But you could cut it to 1GB and I'll be happy enough honestly.
Also it seems there's something wrong with renewal. Either discount is not actually recurring, or it doesn't properly working. It shows basic yearly price on manual renewal page, and coupon can't be applied. That's the case for both of my new VPS' - with provisional error and without.

In abnormal circumstances the circumstances will determine whichever measures will ultimately be necessary, just like any provider.
The Live Chat will continue to exist and to be expanded upon, to be progressively even more useful on things like sorting out internal issues automatically or determining whether something is customer-specific and adequately helping, without needing any escalation or manual e-mails (called "agentic logic").
AI is here to stay.
In fact, we are unequivocally walking towards a direction where the whole ecossystem entirely or nearly-entirely self-regenerates and self-fixes, 24/7, automatically. The landing work has already started and will continue.
We are in a world where everyone wants things as automated and fast as possible. Not the other way around. That has been the tendency for the past 25/30 years.
The pricing is always recurring for each service purchased, but we believe specifically upgrades are not allowing for those coupons to apply per WiseCP logic. Probably something fixable.

Is anyone else experiencing issues enabling 2FA on the C-Servers EagleKey portal?
I've been trying to set up TOTP using Google Authenticator, but the setup process won't complete successfully. Just wanted to see if others are running into this same bug or if there’s a known workaround before I open a ticket. Any insights would be appreciated!

The price is really good, but the locations aren’t ideal for users in Asia...
One of my servers expires around the 24th, so I’m thinking of replacing it with an Ashburn VPS if the coupon is still available by then.

There is connection, but that connection have a routing issues it seems.
That's correlated to the new Ashburn node being implemented, don't worry, we'll sort it out on the next 4/6h. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yes, two CPUs available: Ryzen 9 3900 and Core i5-13500 (limited density node). NAT at the moment and if we launch a dedicated IPv4 plan there it would have to be routed through Stockholm - it's on target for an add-on, at least.
We'll launch more coupons throughout the month, though discounts won't possibly be as great.
These expire on the 7th.
We're also looking forward to having something in Singapore or Hong Kong but it will be much more expensive, of course - pricing in APAC is at least 2x the amounts in Europe, sadly...
It's fine, I did expect some hiccups during the launch of the new line of product. If anything there was less issues than I expected.
And I am writing all of this just to inform you, it's not a complain really.
PS: Cut the RAM of my VPS to the 1GB I beg you. I don't really feel comfortable getting this, I did nothing to deserve it.
I noticed something odd with the 36-month pricing.
NanoVPS-384 Low-Cost Special US:
6 months = $2.39
$2.39 × 6 = $14.34 for 36 months
36-month price = $8.99
Effective discount = 37.3%
NanoVPS-II 384 Europe:
6 months = $2.49
$2.49 × 6 = $14.94 for 36 months
36-month price = $7.49
Effective discount = 49.9%
Based on the 6-month pricing, US is slightly cheaper ($14.34 vs $14.94).
However, on the 36-month term, Finland becomes cheaper ($7.49 vs $8.99).
The listed discounts are 40% for US and 42% for Finland, so I’m wondering what base price is being used to calculate those percentages.
Is the 36-month pricing intentional, or am I missing something in how the discount is calculated?
It's entirely intentional, yes. There are measured technical differences that end up justifying these disparities, and it's also to ensure competitiveness accross our offerings and between them.
In the meantime, reachability and network performance are having improvements on the next hours. After testing, we are also considering a rollout of Illinois on our templates - allows much better results than Cubic on medium to long distance networks, and it's a fair model in itself.
We also considered BBRv2/v3, but it's too invasive and it was a security concern for us if we provided customized kernels on the systems. Illinois showed a measurable improvement on our tests both at peak times and out of them.
We've now corrected that behaviour on WiseCP: coupons are also now allowed for extending service periods, on all new and existing services and all coupons, regardless of being 15 or 40% discount or for example 12 or 36 months.
This means existing users can also benefit from the coupons as well and extend their due dates accordingly.
Per your request, we've also lowered RAM to 1GB on your plan at vps-6380, since you didn't want to have 4GB.
We also continue to improve the network and expect to have IXP presence in FRYS-IX on the next days; will remove AS34927 (iFog) shortly; have created a route reflector; improved tunnelling to retain the maximum possible speed accross locations; among other things. We are particularly focused on adding missing T1 providers and improving peering/reachability in e.g. Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa.
Amsterdam is now ready and will be deployed today as well (we'll mention that here once it is available).

Btw, something definitely happened with UK connection today. There's two charts. First - my UK VPS from eugamehost. Second - UK VPS from cservers. Don't mind anything but red. Red is a ping to google. Once per minute. Rest is pings to my own servers from different parts of EU, but that doesn't matter as much.
They are not equally scaled, sorry (I do not have a week long stat for cservers), but eugamehost spikes starts at about the same time cservers lost a few pings.
Either cservers or their upstream handled it way-way better.
@cservers is there any plans to make lifetime deals with dedicated ipv4? Or, at least, with IPv4 dedicated to such deals?
It'a fine deal. I do understand and accept all of the risks. But main issue is that your NAT IP's is... well... dirty. I can't make request to google api without captcha, some resources is outright blocked.
It's perfectly fine for a dirt cheap NAT VPS, but having the same issues for a "lifelong" VPS could be a bit frustrating.
Also it could be amazing if there was such a deals in Finland location, but at this point I'm stretching it to much lol.
