That optional dedicated IPv4 will be an extra cost, but will always be priced at the same pricing as regular NAT users have to add their optional dedicated IPv4 (at the moment, 2.49 USD/3 months and 7.49 USD/year). The idea is that the price paid for these covers for the IP cost in itself plus some margin and an extra padding to cover for bandwidth starting to go through our own ASN.
Is there any plans to do that for the existing NAT plans? Like... Sometimes I can't even fetch github resources from either DE or FIN nat VPS'. It blocks me with 403. And I'm absolutely sure it's not because of me.
There is an addon for $2.5 per month or so for the dedicated IPv4, but that eliminates the whole idea of budget hosting. I'll gladly pay additional $7.5 per year to have IPv4, but $28 is not it.

Yes, we do plan on having these on the other locations (Finland has a relevant delay on these, Falkenstein will probably be provided via Amsterdam, Houston we're figuring out the best way to do it).
In Ashburn it's pre-prepared for the dedicated IPv4s already.

I did a traceroute and apparently this server in all the way in pebblehost's uk datacenter. It seems like instead of having a server in ashburn, you have a server in london and are tunneling all the traffic to ashburn. I did not pay for a server in the UK. Can my server be moved to a node that is actually in the US?

We will be taking a look at these. The Cloudflare/Google routing is related to the IPv4 being used for Ashburn and Google thinks it's in the UK, when it isn't.
In the meantime, a relevant announcement for users in AMS:
Due to reasons outside of C-Servers control, potential depeering with AS214481 and disruption on the AMS services may happen after 22:00 UTC. We have preventively executed backups on all AMS operational services as of 15:45 UTC, September 13th, but it's essential that you execute your own backups as well as soon as possible, for safety.
Any routing at our ASN (AS214566) will be rerouted automatically through the fallback AMS server and via Coventry with 10G, should any disruption occur, to ensure all routing is operational. 1.3% of the active services are affected. For further details, if you are in AMS, check your e-mail. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We have our own bare-metal ready to ship to AMS if things go south and no data is at risk at the moment. Backups were pre-validated as well. All due dates will be adjusted accordingly if this happens for more than 24h.

It is allowed Just use e.g. AlmaLinux 9 or any of the BSDs to activate the option - these are still QEMU and allow the ISO!
I wasn't sure what to expect based on the reviews I read online but I took a chance and your service is really good! Later I'll create a trust pilot account and leave positive feedback for you. I think it's unfair because happy customers usually don't think to say anything and customers who are disgruntled for one reason or another tend to be the loudest.

I’ve been using C-Servers since 2024 and haven't run into many issues—except for when the disks failed right after the German server launched.
My only gripe is the change in their support system; in the past, you could get support from a real person regardless of the service, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

@cservers: I would like it to be more transparent to the customer during product selection or checkout that the kind of customer support offered at C-Servers differs significantly to what people may expect or be used to from other providers, to the point that many have complained. I know you offer paid support and perhaps some basic assistance over the chat bot, but there is nonetheless an inconsistency between user expectation and service. This is what I'm seeing from the feedbacks. Perhaps just a note could be added somewhere in the checkout page or in the product description. What you think?

There is a box on the check-out process for applicable products that warns that support is automated, prior to purchase on customers that are below the 12 USD mark on the default pricing, which are the ones that should have it. The other ones have the regular expectations, have the regular approach and pay an amount compatible with both, so they don't need any such box.
