[Host-C] We now have gift cards 🎁 (+ Burst Hours)

Small new thing from us: starting today you can buy HOST-C gift cards.
The idea is simple. You pick any amount between €10 and €50, pay, and we email a code. Send it to a friend, a colleague, that one person who keeps asking you to "just set up a server for them"... or keep it for yourself, that works too. You can add their name and a short personal message, and it lands straight in their inbox.
Whoever gets the code just redeems it into their my.host-c.com account and uses it for VPS, storage or anything else we offer. They don't need to be a customer already, only to have an account to redeem it.
A few honest details: the card is valid for 1 year, it can't be turned back into cash, and once it's issued it's non-refundable.

From tomorrow (6 November) we'll open Golden Hours on the gift cards: 60 minutes with anywhere from 20% to 50% off. Could be once a day, could be a few times in the same day, so it's worth keeping an eye on this thread.
You pay the discounted price, but the card keeps its full value. A €50 card at 40% off costs you €30 and still gives €50 to spend.
We'll drop a heads-up here about 5 minutes before each one starts, and the countdown shows up on the page too. All times are Bucharest time (UTC+2).

Fair question — it’s a simple way to gift or prepay HOST-C services without choosing a specific product. During Golden Hours, the buyer pays less while the card keeps its full value. If it’s not useful to you, no worries.

At 100% it stops being a Golden Hour and becomes a giveaway — our accountant has already hidden that button. 😄

Turns out "Golden Hour" is what photographers call that nice sunset light. We're still pretty new at this and the translator does a lot of the heavy lifting, so that one slipped past us.
So from now on it's Burst Hour ⚡ Same idea: a short window with 20–50% off HOST-C gift cards, announced here 5 minutes before. Just a name that actually sounds like hosting.
