768 MB RAM
3 or 5 GB SSD or NVMe
and 150 GB HDD
500 GB transfer
Preferrably UK/Europe
With IPv4 or just NAT/IPv6

I am usually light on cpu usage, however prefer the availability of two cores for better concurrency. I also most likely won't even use anything close to 1 TB traffic, but occasionally move in/out backups, so better safe than sorry. More space would be welcomed, but not really needed.
For London and/or New York I'd probably be willing to raise my budget to ~40, but that's it. BF is coming up and I have no urgent need anyway ;-)

Or Multiple VPS with Private Address, I will setup the Load Balancer myself. Preferably on different server / host / node.
Currently I am using Dual E5645 Multicore Geekbench is about 4630. Apparently Core Count / Speed is irrelevant. 32GB of RAM 256GB SSD
All of the content will be served from CDN (excluding admin area), so I don't think Port Speed / Bandwidth is important. Never have issue with bandwidth / port speed. But If I have to guess, maybe 10TB? Location is not relevant (because of the CDN) IPV4 is not a must. Nat IPV6 is fine, if it can lower the price significantly.
