Gravelines otherwise seems different because they reused old production halls that weren't so high and therefore they build kind of smaller cages inside that appear to be rather (thin) metal and have no second floor at all:

OVH no longer have plans to restart SBG1 at all and are moving servers to different datacenters.

SBG1 are four container boxes, I believe. So, those don't have wooden floors.
SBG2 had wooden floors, and I assume their other buildings have the same feature.
