One of my hopes for this thread was to get alternative as a google search gives you millions of hits but no real life experience of the hits.
I’ve got more then a handful tips of other free and paid apps that can be used.
As I have no other real use (as of now) to use WHMCS, it was a ”known ground” to start with.
I am looking into all suggestions here and I’m not only looking on the features but also on the usage factor.
As @PureVoltage says, can it be used by a client to log a task to do?
Another prefered feature is the mail-in task, as some customers rather email then open a webpage.
