10PM to 2AM was the timeslot I think but maybe they'll delay it again because now it says "Problem" and "check back January 27th"

If there's a problem and it happened twice in a row and you dont speak Japanese. You're unlike fucked and never getting it unless you have someone sort it out.
and you forgot this more important part Tokyo IPv6 I assume most if not all first batch Ryzen preorders dont have any functional IPv6 atm.
One of my VPS's on TYOC007 went offline a couple hours ago while the other is working fine, but since the node is under maintenance and locked down, I can't get to the control panel and I don't know what's going on.
If the maintenance is over on Tokyo can you please turn them on?

Unrelated to previous maintenance. Node broke its own controls on purpose (automatic to prevent missing disks) and it's likely related to your VPS going offline. It's on my list to review and co-worker likely locked it off until I see what's going on. I'm almost done traveling so it will be fixed this afternoon and I do apologize if they didn't post a network status update.

@Virmach This is unusual: all three four of my NYC servers are timing out. :'(
In stasis until the shitposting stops/abates.

No acknowledgement on their https://billing.virmach.com/serverstatus.php page yet, so who knows what's up right now. I have systems with other providers in the same DC, though, that are online so I'd guess this is routing-related.

@VirMach One of my VPS on TYOC007 went offline again about ten hours ago (the same one that went offline last time), while the other one on the same node is still running, and the control panels of both VPSes are inaccessible, returning the error "Operation Timed Out After 90000 Milliseconds With 0 Bytes Received".
There seems to be some instability in TYOC007, can you please double check?
@VirMach said: DALZ004/DALZ007 - Many hours of remote hands wasn't able to get these in a functional state. These servers were previously functional so my assumption is that either remote hands in Atlanta is still not very helpful or that they may have been damaged during the delayed release/shipment process by Flex. I had plans to visit the facility about a month ago but that didn't pan out very well. Will likely be redeployed alongside LAX2Z019.
All of the above mentioned servers will hopefully be the last of their kind (indefinite outage) and to celebrate and apologize, they will come with an automatic and significant service expiration date extension. I can very unconfidently say that all of the above should be handled by approximately February 7th.
@VirMach, my DALZ007 vps was cancelled recently, didn't want to pay for nothing.
Are you going to bring it back with service extension, or forget about it.

it's probably going to be account credit for cancelled services.

I did take a wire cutter but I forgot my hammer and regretted it greatly.

DALZ005 in virmach had been offlined.
Mine's down too, but IDK how to check the node.
Still no update on VirMach status page about NYC.

Looks to be billing related, hope everything is ok
All the servers seem to be back online.
why do you think it's billing related? speculation?
Ok mine is working now

I just wanted to say that my server is back online. I dont care much for benchtests on a cheap vps, but it feels fresh and snappy so i am happy.

It seems like @VirMach has disappeared.
Have you ever been to Amsterdam? It's easy to disappear in Amsterdam for a few weeks you know.

Is VIRMACH just one person?
It's a cult.
