Not sure what you mean. There's definitely a big wall of tickets all the way at the bottom that aren't part of the queue related to the account closures. That's a separate queue where I just open all those accounts, grab all their multi-accounts, and mark them for earlier closure. So I guess that's a tip for you, if you have one open and it lets you close it, probably do that.

@VirMach Since the status update on November 7, DALZ004 and DALZ007 have been offline for another full week. While I hate to reiterate this, the Dallas servers have been offline for over two months.
I'm not sure if you are working hard to solve these problems, but as a qualified IDC service provider, does this service situation make customers wait too long?
