what is the definition of a provider tag? customer has the responsibility to pay on time and not overuse resources or servers get suspended, providers get to do what they decide is appropriate because (you get what you pay for)?

Agreed - but.... how about bots, @virmach has not said anything or done anything (publicly) that I am aware of. Multiple nodes being down and no status updates for over a month is that reasonable?
