We are HOST-C, a newly established hosting company in Bulgaria ( EU VAT Number: BG206909388 )
Outr base of operations is in Romania, Oradea city, and the datacenter we use is RDS-RCS DC2. RDS-RCS is Romania’s biggest ISP, they own all their infrastructure and supply transport for other providers also.
We chose Oradea because it is my birth city, and we have a realy good relationship with RDS-RCS. They might not be Telia, but the support is good.
We own our AS, some /24 subnets, and all of the routing + switching hardware as well as the servers we use.
Our AS number is 211462. We are not multi-homed as this is not possible in RDS-RCS datacenters. Upcoming location will be.
Servers we use are mostly DELL GEN13 upwards ( Xeon V4 and Xeon Gold 6XXX series )
Servers have redundant 2 x 10 GBPS inter-network connectivity.
Our CORE Switches are CISCO NEXUS series only, and for management ( ILO/IDRAC/BMC ) we use 2960 Series.
Hosting LOW-END services started as a side project for us, it was my personal wish, as we have resources not consumed/idling in our datacenter.
Our main goal is have a good performance/USD, as good as possible.
We do not invest a lot in web design at the moment, my team is mostly IT Telecommunications Engineers and Technicians by the way, design is far from our skill-set and for the moment we are more preoccupied for expansion and hardware upgrades, this is why our main page is WHMCS native page.
All VPS services we provide come with unlimited bandwidth, if otherwise specified. ( usualy only the super cheap have som 3-5TB/mo cap )
We advertise VPS services @ 2 GBPS Shared / Best Effort.
We do not host/tolerate the following, if get caught, will lead to immediate service termination and no refund will be given:

DDOS or any related nasty type of attacks things
We have nothing against torrenting, but do not send us requests for DCMA ignore, we cannot be responsible for whatever you are hosting/storing, no provider can, this is an absurd request in my opinion. I can confirm that we have customers hosting torrents on our services, no incidents so far.
Port 25 and 53 are permanently blocked, so no E-MAIL and DNS servers with us, sorry. This might change in the future at our next location
