I saw Voxility, M247 and a few of DIGI ( RDS-RCS ) datacenters.
These are multi Million USD investments, done the right way, so that is out of my budget for... next decade???
Second problem is that in Oradea, no major ISP is present, the max you can get is ~5GBPS from GTS maybe?? I will not count the GSM operators here as they suck. ( it took us over 12 months to get that 10 GBPS line @ DIGI + a backup line, but the cost is.... I will not say it as it makes me angry just to think of it )
All of the more premium ISP are present in Bucharest, so the only way to gain access to them is to go there.
If you wish to make a good deal, you have to go where the offer is high, otherwise, the one or two that are present in your area will dictate the price ( monopoly ).

M247 sounds very nice
I bench YABS 24/7/365 unless it's a leap year.
Already too much cheapo offer with M247 (Virtono?), not the best reputation in town either.
M247 is a neutral DC, so we can get different ISP
Voxility is not neutral, or at least they want to shove their net down my ass, price tag on 10G was it's weight in gold almost

For the moment separate Product Line, I still have to be convinced of it's stability before we will throw in add-on storage for it.
I wish to see thermal and overall stability first. For the moment, I am pleased with the results.
