The servers are not Hetzner and we do not use tunnels with them, in fact Hetzner has no datacenter in Frankfurt.
The servers are owned by us and are colocated at Equinix, NorthC and Hetzner datacenters.

The servers are not Hetzner and we do not use tunnels with them, in fact Hetzner has no datacenter in Frankfurt.
The servers are owned by us and are colocated at Equinix, NorthC and Hetzner datacenters.

I have servers with you, and I have confirmed them to be just Hetzner tunnels. You only have transit used for tunnels in Frankfurt, without local peering in Hetzner datacenters.

Actual servers aren't in Frankfurt.

Can you send a photo of the rack with servers, please? What are you saying doesn't make much sense, both of your transit providers are in the same DC where you have tunnels. There wouldn't be anywhere near 6ms latency.
