Is it really unlimited data? I need a lot of data every month。
Then, I want to know if this server is only for me to use

The data is advertised as unlimited. I've heard rumors that Hetzner sometimes gets upset when the data goes extremely high: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=32242987

I've been a Hetzner customer for a while. I really like Hetzner! I don't want to be unfair to Hetzner!

What do you want to run?

Then, I want to know if this server is only for me to use

Not just for you. Maybe me, maybe you, maybe several other Low End guys also.

People have asked about sharing root privileges. Sharing root is a tricky issue because some people are very against it while others really like the idea. I think sharing root is okay when the people using the server want shared root. So I do share root sometimes and also have not done it other times. I can't 100% promise shared root for this server, but I can give the idea a definite maybe. :) Best wishes!

I think it's good to share root. To make it easy for the others, make sure you enable root password login for ssh and set the root password to "root" so people dont need to ask you want the password is.
