I took this picture this afternoon in a museum - this was a helpline after a huge earthquake back in 2001, it was a moving experience- but posting image in good humour to lighten up the spirits!

It took me way too long to realise what I was looking at!
After this sales period I will be doing a lot of documentation type stuff. Had a few people asking me what's going to happen if I get hit by a bus etc so I want to publicly post my thoughts on such subjects.

If you use a fake placeholder domain, you will be refunded and your account closed.
If you use contact information that matches somebody who has been reported multiple times, you will be refunded and your account closed.
I mention that second one because either a) you are that somebody or b) you have used some generic fake information they also used.
If you are using a fake domain, fake address, fake name or whatever and you think because it's been a few days since your order you must be in the clear - you are WRONG! Your account WILL be closed. A refund is not always guaranteed.
If this sounds like you and you are actually just an innocent user who maybe just used some fake info for privacy's sake, read this carefully:
1. I (most likely) still have your information from your payment method.
2. You are making it difficult for my record keeping by using a fraudulent identity when I (and probably you) need legit invoices.
3. If you don't trust me with your personal information - don't buy a service!
Update your information or you will receive an email like this one:
Dear Customer,
We have terminated your account and service with OnePoundEmail.
This is because some of your contact information matches a person who has been reported many times on FraudRecord.
Your payment has been refunded. You will not be permitted to order services or make a new account.
Thank you for understanding.
Best regards,
OnePoundEmail

Question about this part! And not specifically for just MichaelCee, but broadly to any provider -- is it cool if we use a random domain, one that is actually ours, but not necessarily one we'll use? I always use my real info for providers I sign up with, but I tend to just pick one of a handful of domains that I have but never actually use for anything ("idling domains", if you will, lol). Is that a problem at all?

Here is an explanation for why I emphasised that point:
"Somebody used a really really generic placeholder that somebody else had used before, it wouldn't provision because of this and then it caused a bunch of unnecessary support requests."
Here is the official policy from MXroute:
"The domains that you add to our system should be legitimate, managed by you or your customers, and not related to any spam/scam activity in any way. While we cannot describe in perfect detail everything that qualifies as spam/scam activity, we reserve the right to make a decision about it based on information that we learn. This includes, but may not be limited to, domains that are intended to confuse recipients into thinking you are representing a domain that you do not control by use of misspellings, etc."

Fuck! I just renewed my MXRoute for 15$/year, why are you doing this to me?
Because you just renewed your MXroute. It's a conspiracy with me and Jar to specifically create this promo just to spite you and only you

I'd be interested in something like 20-50G maybe if each 10G is £3.99
Regarding offer as it stands can I add more storage later (albeit at £3 per gig) ?
I did 25GB for £11.11 on 11/11 but that's about it!
That's correct, but if you ticket I can probably offer something better than the slider shows, depends how much extra is ordered.

I am starting a plan for "What would happen if your infrastructure disappeared tomorrow?"
I'll also do stuff about being hit a bus, and other related topics. If you have a recommendation, let me know.

I want to know if a turkey attacks you on Thankgiving or you get run over by a reindeer what happens!!!
