I asked for Easter Eggs and boy oh boy you gave us more than enough. This is definitely a class apart from anything else esp. in the LE world.

As @FAT32 said - your IQ in real life will be very high to stimulate a tough crowd like us here. I'm very optimistic that with IQs like that you'll find a way to keep our $8.88 machines online for a long time to come (and I'll definitely pay those bills!).

You can run a couple of YABS to feel better. Then, have chatGPT explain to you the results ... make it explain like you were a fifth grader. Suddenly you will feel "I know this!" I did the same.

I booked over 1,500 vaccine appointments for seniors who were struggling as my state allowed smokers to schedule them online at the same time. Used scripts, coding, Puppeteer, Selenium, keyword checkers to snap up cancelled appointments, even good ol' shell, and finally once hospitals got them locally: reverse engineering values of cookie only allowed "2" vaccines in browser EPIC MyChart , I called "the narc cookie."
These were the seniors of my town, over 70, some needed transportation so I was happy to do whatever it took. Worked directly with the town and seniors would contact the mayor's office who I shared a Google Sheet with. Only was able to do it because I was out of a job because the last MSP I worked at had me on two large accounts - both airlines - during COVID, who migrated away to save cash.
Only mentioned because I cannot come near this level of skill. I've come to the conclusion I am a brute forcer and slap-dash coder at best. Clearly not good at math, equations, ciphers, or near the level this puzzle has taken.
It's taken me down a peg or two to be honest. Just trying anagrams with usernames I spent 2 hours on and got one code.
Also what FAT32 said, this has tunnel-visioned me beyond belief and I gotta make rent next month.
Still trying, but will probably need to soon. I can't even figure out how to exclude a specific letter from decoding, and then reinsert it without doing it on paper by hand. It's already late and I still have a lot of work left to do before I can sleep.

Is it the same cipher as for the instructions, but preserving the Q? (I have to admit I was confused by his description of doing the post-preservation switching).

Someone's already talked about the cipher and there's only one popular cipher that specifically uses a word/phrase as the key.

It's probably not Q. I tried one Q code replacing all characters in browser bc that's how tired I am and no go, so not Q.
