Yeah, excluding the Q from the Alphabet changes up the decoded result, but actually the Q is still in the same place, lol

It's possible I'm thinking of a different cipher tried before, but deleting it vs replacing it with different letters changed other letters, too.

I think what would be a fair consolation prize in this case is that we divide the 49 codes into 1/6th block for 1/6th of the work that was done to get to the finish line. I'm going to start generating eight codes and messaging them to the people that made the most to least comments or appear to have been most to least pivotal in doing the final work. It might have been more than 8 people that did that, so it's just going to be the top 8 from my memory and checking the thread. It'll be private messaged as I don't want anyone else doing none of the work/contribution and just using the codes.
