CrownCloud has been one of the major suppliers for Incredible PBX installations for nearly a decade. Awesome company with incredibly reliable platforms. <3

TIP: The only dirt cheap VPS provider that has been 100% reliable for us is RackNerd. Virmach is way down that list.

(Quote) Vegas. Opened 3 tickets. All were ignored.

Zorin runs circles around all of them as a desktop platform. Never a hiccup.

Is there an ETA on getting accounts activated??

Reseller 4 comes up as €126,72 EUR per year rather than €100 EUR. Do we open a ticket for refund??

Wow. How times have changed. Nice rack isn't what it once was. B)

Our site has been down for WEEKS. Run from these guys. Nobody could use their resources in a business unless you're just eager to go bankrupt.

Just an FYI that, in addition to the Linux OS templates, CrownCloud also provides Incredible PBX VoIP server templates that let you build a full featured PBX with Ubuntu 22.04, Asterisk 20, and FreePBX 16 in a couple minutes. Tutorial available on N…

Here's another one that comes to mind... (Image)

The PBX in a Flash brand name was sold to 3CX. Incredible PBX is a completely separate project that is alive and well with a superset of what used to be PBX in a Flash 3.

This may come as a surprise to you, @VirMach, but we monitor the offerings and performance of dozens of providers worldwide so that our users can make informed decisions moving forward. The easy way would be to simply write your service off and move…

(Quote) Actually, @Daevien, the issue was exactly as I described. All network connectivity was down FOR DAYS. I fully appreciate that isn't that long in Virmach time, but it's intolerable in most businesses including mine. By @VirMach…

Might also wanna ask yourself why you would let your operation get into a position of having to respond to 1,000+ tickets.

(Quote) I'm on SEAZ002, have opened a ticket, and networking is dead as a doornail.

TIP for @vyas: Count your blessings. Go elsewhere before it's too late. Virmach's networking skills are an absolute nightmare.

I'm reminded of the mom who goes to watch her seventh grader march in the school parade. Sitting with her friends she exclaims: "Look. My little boy is the only one in step." Funny how ALL of the network disasters strike Virmach and n…

Some of these Virmach folks need to find a new line of work. I've been doing this for over 30 years, and I've never seen critical service outages anywhere close to what Virmach is reporting IN REAL TIME AGAIN. Our server which weathered th…

While our Control Panel still shows 0 IPv4 addresses, we can finally get back in at the assigned IPv4 address and also through our private VPN. So progress has been made at least on the RYZE.SEA-Z002.VMS node in Seattle. We'll see if it stays u…

RackNerd activation takes less than 10 minutes. With VirMach, we're at 2 full days and still waiting. Is this normal behavior?
