(Quote) That's great to hear too! I have no performance complaints - though after the recent no-inbound-ports scare I am making an rsync backup just-in-case. That's proceeding slowly... but it doesn't need to be fast: just slow and steady...

(Quote) Holy. Crap. That worked! Thank you! They had tried assigning me a new internal IPv4, but nothing changed. However after adding a new useless port-forwarding rule like you suggested... all the old broken rules reactivated. I need to try some…

(Quote) Are their also network issues? None of the inbound IPV4 ports have worked for a couple days now: but I know last week they were fine. The OS can reach out to the Internet: but nothing (even the default SSH port) can come back in.

(Quote) I stopped using my Canadian plan because of what I thought was "general network weirdness" (connections in/out were slow) due to oversubscription. Time to check again!

(Quote) I didn't receive an email about migration, but I do think I have a Zeta.5/JumboDisk plan.. and was wondering why it has been down a couple days. Glad I found this post!

. > @Neoon said: (Quote) Yeah: with Black Friday imminent there are probably lots of people getting "Upcoming Payment" emails to renew their annual plans. But many of those same people are being asked to pay again for VPSs that have be…

(Quote) Thanks for the quick answer: I'll enjoy the plan I already have. Take care!

(Quote) Thanks! I did grab a plan and it seems to be working properly. I'd buy another... but I need it to be NAT'd behind a different /24 (not behind 205.209.111.x). When it mentions the "Zeta.5 New Jersey server"... I don't know if that …

Just to be sure: even the JumboDisk/Storage-VPS plans are IPv4 NAT? The price and specs are attractive... but for a storage VPS I need at least a few port-forwarded inbound ports if there's no IPv4 IP.

(Quote) NYCB037 has been down since the end of June (so, coming up on 3 months soon), and AMSD025 hasn't worked properly since mid-August (so, just over a month now)

I've got three services down. And when I moved their load to other VPSs while waiting for support... I've gotten three more services _suspended _by blowing out their bandwidth limits. Those three suspensions will reset tomorrow... but still _today _…

(Quote) There are tickets open for them... but only the initial AI responses: no action.

I feel like I'm playing dominos :) NYCB037 died two months ago, and took out two of my packages. So I reconfigured their load to other VPS. AMSD025 lost VPS controls two weeks ago, with one package. So I reconfigured that load to another VPS. Tod…

(Quote) I saw that too... and NYCB037 has been gone for around 6 weeks now. I've got tickets for at least three plans being offline now...

(Quote) I'm glad I found this thread, and that I realized my plans were on NYCB037 as well. Seeing my tickets sit in "AI Assisted" state for a month with no response was rubbing me the wrong way - but now that I can see a human actually ha…

(Quote) I wish I had seen that $29 deal sooner: enough space to be your own cloud-backup server, and enough traffic to make it usable!
