For what price? Can't expect 10Gbps for $10/y.

If it's a normal priced server then 500Mbps-1Gbps minimum. A lot of (most?) dedicated servers are still sold with 1Gbps after all.

I checked all of my domains in CloudFlare, this only appears on ones that I've previously or actively used CloudFlare email routing on.
