i think its a little heavy to impose some kind of SLA as:

- this is lowend
- LES isn't paid in anyway to vet providers or enforce/monitor such SLAs

dont know whats the fuss about, they are extremely good dev / leisure boxes, just not production grade since the great migration years back.
