    No, we won't make it in time for that most likely. I'll maybe consider it if I do literally everything I promised outside of maybe shipping off the Amsterdam storage server but even then I don't know if I want to until it's all 100% done.

    My home ip is a dynamic ip. I should have logged in a lot of ip in the past six months. I am worried that the IP obtained in the future is the old IP I have logged in and it has been suspended.     This is a copy/paste of what we're providing as a solution to the old Tokyo forced migrations if they come forward and disclose it, for anyone interested. I ended up coming up with a good way to communicate it and also minimize work on our end, instead of just doing one option for everyone now that we already cleared out the others also linked to other abusive behavior.

    Hi, how would you like to proceed? We are giving you a choice so you can pick what works best for you to resolve the matter. Reply back with the # you select, it will be numbered 1, 2, 3. If you do not like one option please do not be offended, this is only to allow you to decide better for yourself and what you think is fair.
    
    1. Return back to closest location (most likely Los Angeles.) We will not charge $5 migration with data fee but we will also not refund any fee paid to move to Tokyo. We do the move back for free (lose $3, save $5.)
    2. Keep Tokyo but pay current fee for Tokyo. Current fee is $10 one-time setup.
    3. Keep Tokyo but we either decide pro-rated refund (for remaining duration, we will give you 7 days to back up) or only allow using it until end of paid duration (next due date, you cannot renew.) You pick 3, we decide which (refund or no renewal.)
    
    You are not required to reply at this time if you do not desire, this is voluntary.

    Is your special particular good? I'd recommend you just wait for the email, and get pro-rated credits on new account since BF is coming up and you can buy something similar on the sale and no $25 fee.

    Seems like this is out of the question for anyone complaining. Truth of the matter is if the original owner takes over the account and refunds the customer then the issue is automatically resolved and they'll be more capable of properly being able to formulate an appeal, if they cared.

    I think the issue is sort of double edged from what I gather. They want to be anonymous, so they have no real way to get money back from anyone either since both sides give as little details as possible. So easy picking for scammers / scalpers / resellers who don't care about the company or the person they sell the service to.

    Okay so really it's:

    • All tickets
    • Set up nameserver/delegation
    • IPv6
    • Ship out servers and parts
    • Migrate LAXA014
    • Recreate broken disks

    Easy enough. New challenge for me to do sale on Halloween? I better set up that new espresso machine I bought for the office.
