I'm aware. It's fully dead and every option requires more coordination/planning than usual, so unfortunately I keep postponing and losing track of time. The original "plan" at the time was to email everyone, telling them to check network status page for scheduled date where I'd drive in with a replacement server/parts, and it was going to happen right after I wrapped things up in "a couple days" here, and I believe that was around 4th of July. The "plan" changed a day or two after that, then it changed again, and again, to the point where I didn't even bother sending out notifications because I knew it'd change (and I was going to instead respond to tickets individually but I did a terrible job with that as well.)
Something almost happened last week, then it didn't. It'll be rectified eventually with appropriate service extensions, that's all I can really say. I do apologize.

I'm glad I found this thread, and that I realized my plans were on NYCB037 as well. Seeing my tickets sit in "AI Assisted" state for a month with no response was rubbing me the wrong way - but now that I can see a human actually has a plan I feel much calmer
We cannot load the controls for your service at this time.
This could either mean:
A) It took too long to load. The server controls have been automatically disabled due to an anomaly.
C) The server could be offline, in which case we have already been notified.

The whole IP range is also listed in SpamHaus as PBL blocked that cannot be delisted:
45.92.192.0/22 is listed on the Policy Block List (PBL)

It is the policy of ISP that unauthenticated email sent from this IP address should be sent out only via the designated outbound mail server. To find the hostname of the correct mail server to use, customers should consult Technical Support.
Removal procedure
Removal of IP addresses within this range from the PBL is not allowed by the IP netblock owner's policy.
Opened ticket #829524 because I have no clue on what to do... no matter where I look it refers to the ISP...

That is not uncommon (for most lowend providers). Just because outgoing mail is allowed, it does not mean it will be accepted / received.
As the message suggests you should be using a mail relay not trying to send direct. Mail relays such as mxroute and namecrane are not expensive and solve your problems.
The future of sending emails to the likes of Google and Microsoft (I believe), will end up they will only receive for white listed (by them) addresses and likely charge to be on the white list.....

It is not an IP reputation problem here, a whole IP range has been put into SpamHaus PBL by this guy Andrejs Guba maybe many years ago, he probably left the company he was working in when he did this: I contacted him through LinkedIn but he didn't reply me back. In any case: @VirMach should be able to claim his IP range in SpamHaus and overwrite this non-sense.
In the mean time I have spend the last 6 hours to relay through another server. But it shouldn't be the drawback of finding a good deal... or you should disclose it prior to purchase. There's an extra +$10 option to be able to change the IP when ordering but considering the wide range (45.92.192.0/22) I don't think a new IP would have been out of this range ANYWAY.

As far as your (slight) change in emphasis - being blocked in SpamHaus does not stop you sending mail. Does @virmach advertise that you can send mail to Gmail - No. Does virmach care about the block - if it has been there for so long then it must be very low priority.
Afraid I also agree with the comment - the buyer should have realistic expectations.
