Pretty sure C1V is breaking Paypal TOS, afaik paypal doesn't allow you to add additional charge to the invoice as a txn fee.

I'm surprised how no one has mentioned nload yet.

nload - shows per interface network usage live on a graph on your terminal. very handy at times. (eg. uploading something via curl)
