Yeah then half the customers use it while a node is having issues and it cause it to break further, then they post "it has been down for weeks" instead of a day.
@gin you probably have a broken LVM. VirMach makes the rounds every few weeks, or less, to fix these. Fill out a ticket if you wish, but don't say the node is down, title it something like "Please fix my broken LVM on DALZ007 " and then wait and don't bump the ticket. Repeating that the Node is down over and over is not going to get you anywhere.

Oh, you have a BF flash deal that may have a broken LVM on DALZ007. Then you are correct, no support ticket should be filled out, as those deals did not come with support. I remember checking the box on purchase that said "No Support" when I bought my BF specials. You should just wait.

Not out of the question, with respect to the BF one but I can't confirm on the 2017 one (i thought these were already updated/upgraded). The Transfer process is/was manual (just now) though and can take a loooong time: @VirMach has spoken of a streamlined process for this, at some stage. I believe it is a bit of a burden to do Transfers.
[Edit] (For BF at least) The Transfer is coded into the Cancel Service button, whereby you can select to Transfer rather than choose End of Billing. Whether this is now active/operational is for you to test? i'll take the $8/yr, thank you very much!

Anyone still bashing the AMS beta server? I just installed CloudPanel.io on it for kicks (even though it's half the recommended 2GB RAM) and it runs like a whippet. I noticed the total lack of steal, so assume the node is kinda idling.

My AMS test VM was terminated a couple of weeks ago. So maybe VirMach just missed yours and it is not really a test VM any longer.

The Transfer process is/was manual (just now) though and can take a loooong time: @VirMach has spoken of a streamlined process for this, at some stage. I believe it is a bit of a burden to do Transfers.
