    Extended outage:

    LAXA014 is still having problems for the remainder of customers on the node. We've already extended service by approximately 6 months.

    TPAZ005 is still being looked at, and running into complications. You'll be credited and we are still attempting to retrieve data.

    The node that was decommissioned in Atlanta already had services recreated, and the details are sent via e-mail. We're working on retrieving data and will update this network issue with a link to retrieve data.

    Update: we should be contacting you today regarding your service, for the above two nodes.

    The only solution I accept for TPAZ005 downtime is a Kioxia SSD to my doorstep so I can store my porn there!
