Yep that pretty much sums up the story. But how can you read this thread - it is 423 pages so far and you are supposed to be developing stuff !!!
I would hope that many users will switch to using your service if not for the short but longer term.

0.241192 tokens/month ( $2.9 year ) ... But not the same spec ( 256Mram/5Gdd ) ... Its great you can adjust config ( two different services, plain vps vs lab cloud )

P.D. Some console for database would be great

Yes I know. I sent (add funds)September with CC over 30€ for renew a few of my 13 VPS. Money has taken from my CC, but newer seen at Virmach account. When I tried renew, there was not any credits for use. Because I had a few very nice performance/price VPS, I still tried to renew them. So, I add funds with Paypal. Unfortunately billing was a mess, there was cancelled VPS in same bill, so I can't pay only that one, what I like renew etc. And my support tickets from september are still unanswered. So I think it's better move out and backup my data asap. So I opened Paypal dispute and they refunded without asking any questions.
I was their client from 2015 and this is a sad situation, but unfortunately I can't trust them anymore. :/

It does not sound that weird. If you already made a chargeback with Paypal or CC, they won't trust you again with the same payment method.

    Confirmed.

In my experience, TYOC007 frequently goes read-only due to node disk issues, after which the VPS goes offline. However, in most cases, within minutes or tens of minutes, either Virmach, AI, or some script takes over and restarts the node. The node then comes back online and the VPS resumes normal operation.

Now it seems everything is dead.

What a mess. I wonder what would happen if you did "contact them to make a repayment via Bitcoin" as a hypothetical exercise, I'm guessing they wouldn't reply to that either if your tickets from September are open. But would fully agree about backing up ASAP and moving on.
