@VirMach Hello, sorry I made an 2nd account a few months ago by honest mistake. This may be the reason why my order is pending for 4 days now. The reason is I'm using a custom domain email @jcolideles.com on my original VirMach account. That time, I was planning to stop self-hosting email server (mailcow) and to change my email on my VirMach account to GMail. I did update my email to @gmail.com then I tried to test it. I log out and click the forgot password to check if it's working. I entered my new email address but the password reset email didn't arrived on my email. But when I tried to enter my old email address (the one that uses custom domain), the password reset email did arrive on my old email despite that I already updated the email on my profile / account settings. So I login again on my VirMach account and restore my old email.
What I did is my dumb self signed-up for a 2nd account with an GMail email address and my plan is to open a ticket on my old account and request for my activate service there to request to transfer it to my new account. But I just realized that It will take sometime for my request to be completed so I just continue using my old account and abandoned my new account. I continued using my old account with my custom domain but will move it to MXRoute and stop self-hosting it (the reason for all this trouble). Please don't cancel my account 🙏, you can check it if there's some shady stuff going on my account. I can also send my ID if needed for verification purposes.
