I had both NL and JP, now no longer uses it. feels like a waste if i just idle it

I believe you can still transfer BF deals, but I haven't been paying a ton of attention over the last year or so, so I'll let someone else join in. What's the stats on the JP one? I might be interested.

We will only guarantee transferability of the service if the optional +$5/YR addon for "AUP & Transferability" is added to your service.
Please note, service transfers still carry an additional one-time fee if requested.
We may still allow you to transfer your service without this additional option purchased, at our own discretion, if we determine that you have been a trusted customer for some time. In this case, the transfer option will appear on the service cancellation page. If it does not appear, and you did not purchase the mentioned addon, you are not eligible.

can confirm there are no such transfer menu on my side, yeah nah I'm not paying that 5$

I'm actually using it in 'production' term for my business. only uses it as newt slave tho, the actual public facing access (pangolin) is in another server that has ddos protection.

Okay I'm back on track.

I think I can finally confidently say we'll do the sale this weekend. I'm driving down around 28~ servers today to fill out the rest of the two cabinets. I'll have more information on what ends up happening with specific things I spoke about earlier such as the KVM switch (and whether Ryzen dedicated servers are confirmed to have it working or not.)

Last I heard the state of Texas was actively trying to go back to the late 1800's but had yet to actually succeed. I think it would've been on the news if they had.

I'm within 2 hours of Dallas (used to have a host there). Regarding that speed test, I'm mildly amused that I can get the same D/L speeds from Tokyo, JP as I can from Chicago, IL. It does looks like one of my hosts is optimally placed (LA) per that test.

@VirMach NYC Metro, NJ speed test with defaults doesn't work ATM.
